Who Are We?

Flavour Spectrum was founded in 2024 by Luke Apgar, with the goal of bringing accessible healthy cooking to the neurodiverse population. Keeping beloved textures whilst introducing a healthy twist!

How it Came to Be

At the age of 16, Luke Apgar discovered his love for cooking whilst in the restaurant industry for 3 years.

At 19, Luke began volunteering for the MACLC (Montreal's Autism Community Lions Club) and found his love for working with the neurodivergent population!
Finally, Luke just decided to combine his two favorite careers into one;
Sharing his love for food with the neurodivergent population!
